option a by default is produced by the T3 Mesh Generator in Blue Kenue.
option b seems to be a structured orthogonal grid where the vertices in longitudinal or / and transversal direction are aligned to e.g. the bottom edges. You can do this by means of the "Regular Grid". The trick to align the vertices is to produce several regular grids and afterwards to combine them to a single mesh.
option c is like option a but you generate the mesh by accounting for breaklines via softlines etc.
option d is like option b but every quadrilateral cell is splitted in two triangles. You can do this by means of the T3 Channel Mesher with the same procedures.
Hope this helps,
Clemens
