Dear all, I am trying to create a contour from a very simple model and get a bit confused on how the contour is generated, see the attachment.

The left screenshot shows the 10m contour line (red) generated by BlueKenue. On the right screenshot, the red dots denote all points with bottom elevation 10m. I have a few points with value 10m along the blue line, and wonder why BlueKenue is not generating the blue line as the 10m contour, or a sort of combination of both lines.

Serrer OFFLINE Moderator Posts: 720 Thank you received: 304	Hi Hailiang, The Blue Kenue contour lines are not allowed to split. They must be a continuous line with all points on one side equal to or higher and all points on the other side lower. We chose to draw the line at the plateau breaklines where the values drop off. I don't know for sure how other contouring SW handles this but I'd guess they make the same decision. Cheers... Martin
