open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi all,

I have one model with two different friction maps. I would like to compare them over time. I know how to get the difference between the 2, using tools/calculator, but then is it possible to get for example the mean of the map during a certain period of time?

Usually, I use points to get a timeserie of the measures and then work with them with r, but here, with a full map, i don't know how to do. The idea is to know the zones where the flow is slowed down of where the velocity increases.

Hi,

Did you try Tools->Extract Surface->Temporal mean ?
I guess it only works with 2D results.
