I installed BlueKenue_3.10.1-beta+20180712_64bit on Windows10, but when I try to run it an “application error” 0xc0150002 appears and the system refuses to run the program.
I tried to fix the installation running again the .msi file, but nothing changes.
After removing it, I re-installed previous 3.9.5-beta version and it works.

Best regards,
Paolo

Thank you for letting me know; I am nearing the end of a sprint, so I will be releasing a new installer in the next few weeks containing many internal modifications. Please let me know if you encounter this situation again in a future version... either via this forum or directly via email

Kindly,
Alan

As a side note, there is a trouble shooting section in the CHyMS FAQ in which I wrote some possible answers to a slightly different question... please have a read to see if it might help you in your case...

How fix the Windows error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)"

Kindly,
Alan

Does BlueKenue_3.11.5-alpha+20181213_64bit.msi work for you on Windows 10?

Kindly,
Alan
