Time varying selafin file is in fact a selafin file.
When you create a selafin file with the bottom, you write the header and a first time block with time equal to 0 and the values of the different variables.
If you add some similar blocs with another time value you will obtain a time varying selafin file (like a result file in fact)
The only point you have to take care about is for vector variables as the values should be written for X and Y components...
This last point is not automatically done for the moment, and you should first decompose the values on X and Y...
