Hello,
Thanks for your reply and explanation.
As I stated that my rainfall was only for the first six hours and when my computer restarted, the model had already read all the precipitation. Therefore, if I understand what you said correctly if I enter zero precipitation in the rainfall file and continue the simulation, the model will continue the simulation with only the amount of water in the domain which will work in this case. Am I right?

I would like to ask also where can I read more and get deep background about the model, if there is a documentation for the runoff_scs_cn.f

Hello!

Yes, if all your precipitation was introduced before the restart, you can simply restart the computation from the last results and let it run as long as you need. In this simulation, you can even turn rain off as you don't need to introduce any new precipitation.

The user manual section on this feature is not so detailed but you can find more details in my User Conference paper presenting the development:

Hi Stefan,

Can you explain please what you mean?
I defined the roughness in the geometry file as n=0.016 for asphalt as it is an urban area. Furthermore, I defined the roughness at the buildings as n=10000 as I would like to allow some runoff to flow through the buildings based on this study ''Comparative Analysis of Building Representations in TELEMAC-2D for Flood Inundation in Idealized Urban Districts''

I think that your Mannings roughness defined with bottom-file must be at values between n=>0.00 and n=<0.99
