Hi,

I created a large mesh including 4 inner meshes with finer resolution in sequence (finder inwards). To do that, I created the inner 4 meshes separately and then, using the T3 mesh generator, include them as submeshes into the outer outline. Everything went well, however, when I wanted to create the boundary conditions files I realized that three of the inner meshes have border conditions and don't need that conditions.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or how to remove those borders?
I attached the files and some illustrations to clarify.
Thanks in advance.

Regards
Tomas

Hi
Generaly, I would say that the method is not the best one as the criteria should allow you to manage the different level of mesh...
By the way, for the specific problem you observe, if you would like to follow your method, you should generate the mesh step by step by including as a submesh the finer mesh and reproduce the process 3 times...

Hope this will helps
Christophe

Also...

Have a look at section 2.2.3.1.1 Controlling Element Size by Dening Density Regions in BK 3.12.4-alpha's Reference Manual. This would be an alternative approach...

Kindly,
Alan
