Some of you might have noticed that we quietly included a lagrangian sediment transport model in the last release of Blue Kenue V3.2.31

In response to a couple of inquiries, I've placed the PSed validation datasets on our ftp site.

I am using version 3.3.4.
Is it possible to set-up ansd run PSED from within Blue Kenue? If so how?
(I can't find information on this in the PSED or Blue Kenue manual)

Hi John,

Try "File->New->PSED Run..." and once you have entered all
the required info, "Run->Launch Simulation"

To access the PSed manual, in Blue Kenue, try "Help->PSed Manual..."

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control our ftp server is off-line and will be for some time.

I've attached some very simple examples with steady state hydrodynamics.

I was wondering if there are other PSed examples files with wave forcing. I'm trying some tests right now and particles "get lost" right away when waves are activated.

I do in fact have such a dataset.
What I don't have is access to an official IT infrastructure
where I could place the 40 MB zip file for you to download.
(I've been retired for 8 years)

I could find my problem with the example. My PSed bed parameter was set to a Manning of 0.02 and that does not work when using wave forcing. When switching Manning to an equivalent grainsize, everything works fine.
