I'm trying to prepare .cli file for telemac 2d ,my region is a semi closed area (persian gulf) that is open in only on boundary in east , for this boundary how can i define condition (u,v and H)? would i select on of option in segmented or i must use custom ?if i must use custom how can define this parameter?

Please refer to the Blue Kenue Manual (Section 2.3)

You prescribe a UVH boundary with code 566 (select this from the "Boundary Code" drop-down on the Boundary Segment editor dialog).
See section 2.3.1.2 for instructions on how to create a boundary segment.

NOTE: if you do need a custom boundary you can type the 3 digits directly into the text box to the right of the Boundary Code drop-down.
