HI

when I do the geometry and conditions limtes by blue Kenue and I do the simualtion by telemac2D, model is not running and I found this error,I didn't find an explanation for this error and when I do the geometry by matisse , the simualtion didn't indicte an error:

faracha	Hi I am very sorry for the delay in response I have a problem in the mesh, normally, I have a rectangular channel I do not know why i find this form in the edges of the channel !!! how can I rectify this mesh

I doubt if it is the rounded corners on your mesh that are causing the problem.
However... The default outline resampling in the mesher does not guarantee existing points will be retained.
Therefore... Use "Edit->Line Set->Resample" to generate the desired outline geometry (using Method = "Maximum Distance" which does retain existing points).
Then in the mesher turn off the "Resample Outline" option.

Then please post your slf, bc2 & cas files here so we can help further.

faracha	HI thank you but when I use "Edit->Line Set->Resample" Then in the mesher I turn off the "Resample Outline". I find this mesh !! I will repeat all the work but I will reduce the size of the mesh and the edge length thank you in Advance

Make sure you have the right outline object selected in the workspace and turn off the "Create New LineSet" option on the "Resample LineSet" dialog. In order to visualize the actual geometry of the outline object, change the rendering style to "Lines and Points" on the "Display" tab of its property page. Hope this helps... Martin
