open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I’m not able to launch Matisse (although Rubens will launch successfully).

This is the message I get:

I’m not sure how to solve this? (Is it a problem in the runmatrub.pl file?)

I'm not sure about the solution, but this error happen to me sometimes. Maybe rubens did not really stops on your computer. You may verify this on : Gestionnaire des taches > Processus, and stop manually the rubens.exe processus before launching Matisse.

whatever i try more than 2 weeks for install matisse in my computer. It is still does not work. I don't know what are reasons? everything is ok with rubens but matisse is not. I check temp folder have already been in "C:\TELEMAC\V6P0\bin\temp" and it is empty. and i also copied file runmatrub.pl to "C:\TELEMAC\V6P0\bin"
i wish i could fix problem as soon as possible.
Could anyone help me. Thank a lot!

You didn't substitute the runmatrub.pl by the one which figure in the post i already indicate.
The modified version had been modified to give more information on the launch process and there is nothing in the matisse screen capture you joined.

So download th runmatrub.pl attached in the other post and place it in the bin directory.
The try to launch matisse one more time

The fact rubens is running well shows the problem comes from the launching script of matisse which failed to capture the process id of rubens

Thank for quickly response my problem with matisse. Actually i copied runmatrub.pl from your post :http://www.opentelemac.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=20&id=2766&Itemid=62&lang=fr#2784. I put it in "C:\TELEMAC\V6P0\bin" and when i run matisse, problem come immediately. I am stupid to find a reason. And if it deal with PID, how can i solve it ?Please help me.

if you changed the runmatrub.pl file, you should have new messages in the command windows (different from the previous screen copy you joined).
Please join the new copy in order to try to understand the problem
