How to extract values at many points 2 years 2 months ago #41112

Hi all,

I would like to use extract.py to extract values at many points, like:

extract.py timeseries $DIR/f2d_gouttedo.slf extract_points.csv --v "WATER DEPTH" --points 2.0,2.0 1.0,1.0

However, I have many points with x,y coordinates. When I copy them to the command window, some of the coordinates can not be shown. I think it maybe the limitation of the length. So can I copy all the x,y in a txt file, and let the code read the txt file directly? I am newer of python so if anyone can help me, it will be much helpful.
