Will set the starting time to 0. It may sort out problems when computation continued and coupling are combined.
"FINITE ELEMENT ASSEMBLY"
(ASSEMBLAGE EN ELEMENTS FINIS)
There are now two modes for finite element assembly:
1) as before, assembly of double precision numbers, with sensitivity to summation order.
2) with 8 bytes integers, not sensitive to truncation errors when summing.
With mode 2, scalar and parallel computations give exactly the same results, with all the double precision digits.
"VEGETATION TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT"

A logical value with default NO. If YES the subroutine QVEG must be implemented to give a few basic properties of the vegetation.
