New features for all programmes version 7.1
With Perl scripts:
Languages and versions are now the same for all modules, under the names LNG and VERSION, which replace all the others.
CHECKING THE MESH (VERIFICATION DU MAILLAGE): will do extra controls on the mesh. To start with it checks that there are no superimposed points.
NAMES OF PRIVATE VARIABLES (NOMS DES VARIABLES PRIVEES)
(with Telemac-3D: NAMES OF 2D PRIVATE VARIABLES (NOMS DES VARIABLES PRIVEES 2D), with the extra keyword: NUMBER OF 2D PRIVATE ARRAYS (NOMBRE DE TABLEAUX PRIVES 2D))
It is the names of the user arrays PRIVE%ADR(1)%P, PRIVE%ADR(2)%P,... up to 4, that will be seen in the results files.
The great advantage is the following: THESE VARIABLES WILL BE READ IF PRESENT IN THE GEOMETRY FILE
Done so far for: Telemac-2D, Telemac-3D, Sisyphe.
Distributive schemes (N:4 and PSI:5)
For Telemac-2D and Sisyphe there are important new options for the keyword:
SCHEME OPTION FOR THE ADVECTION OF TRACER (OPTION POUR LE SCHEMA DE CONVECTION DES TRACEURS)
1: normal N or PSI
2: predictor-corrector (see proceedings of User Club 2014)
3: second order predictor-corrector
4: locally implicit (works on tidal flats, will be published in User Club 2015 proceedings). For this option there is a non symmetric system to solve, the same parameters than for the diffusion of tracers will be taken, except that if GMRES 7 or the direct solver 8 is not chosen, a customised Jacobi method will be used. So you can e.g. let the conjugate gradient (1) that will be used for the diffusion which is a symmetric system, and the programme will just do the Jacobi method for you for the distributive scheme. Only if it does too many iterations, say more than 40, try GMRES.
All this is being implemented for 3D but no guarantee yet that it will arrive in due time for the release.
