Hi,

I am confused about the two morphological factors given in the manual: MORPHOLOGICAL FACTOR ON BED EVOLUTION and MORPHOLOGICAL FACTOR ON TIME SCALE.

Which of these factors should I use if I want to speed up and simulate 25 years of river morphology with a 1-year hydrograph cycle?

I have both bed load and suspended sediment in the model.

Thank you.

Hello,

If you used the latest release (currently 9.1.0), you would not be any confused as there is now only 1 morphological factor keyword.

Do not forget to read the GAIA user manual.
