# Wind-driven currents disappear in coupling of Telemac with Tomawac

I am working on a simulation on a lake where both large scale wind-driven currents and local wave-driven currents play a role. I am able to simulate these two phenomena separately:

- Wind-driven currents in Telemac with a constant wind applied

- Wave-driven currents in a coupled [name removed] simulation

However, when I combine the two, the wind-driven currents disappear (generation of waves by wind remains possible). I have tried many different combinations of wind parameters in the two steering files but cannot get the wind-driven currents to work when I combine wind, waves and currents.

I have attaches the steering files for both Telemac and Tomawac.

Any help is welcome! Thanks in advance.

Could you please send your geometry files geom\_quai\_wilson\_large\_v3.slf and geom\_quai\_wilson\_large\_v3.cli so that i can run your case and understand what’s happening. I can’t find any reason by just reading your steering file.
