open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I tried to install metis-5.0.1 according to your instructions. But, when I entered “make config”, the following error occurred

un@ubuntu:~/TELEMAC/v8p0r0/optionals/metis-5.1.0$ make config
Make: *** NO rule to make the target "config". Stop

How to solve this problem.
I attached my Makefile and metis.h.
(In the metis.h file, do I need change ““#define IDXTYPEWIDTH 32“ to “#define IDXTYPEWIDTH 64” and change “#define REALTYPEWIDTH 32“ to “#define REALTYPEWIDTH 64”?)

Tips: I installed GUN make and Cmake 2.8.0.
