The Consortium reserves the unilateral right to update, modify, change and alter its privacy policy. Types and Uses of Personal Information
The Consortium collects personally identifiable information, including name, company, address, e-mail address, etc. when a visitor registers to the Websites. You are not required to provide this information to obtain access to any part of the Websites that is open to the public.
This information is only used to understand the demographics of our users, so that we can provide the most suitable services. Account modification and deletion
You can access your account information on the community page at any time and modify your details if these have changed . You can also delete your profile on the same page, and in doing so your personal profile information and your account will be permanently removed from our system. However comments that you have made in the forum might not be automatically deleted. If you wish to have these deleted, please contact the website administrator.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information on their profile and keeping it up to date. An automatic process is in place to ensure that accounts are up to date. Automatic emails are sent to accounts that remained inactive for two years. If no login occurred following the first email and the follow-up reminder, the account will be deleted .
Newsletter subscribers
By providing email address the user consents to their being marketed to by this methods. The Consortium will send a newsletter about four times a year to the registered users in order to provide information about new releases of the software, the organisation of user conferences, the availability of training, etc. All new registered users to the Websites are automatically added to the distribution list. However, should you wish not to receive newsletters in the future, you can simply click on an unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter (this does not delete any of your account information).
Third Parties
No personal information is provided to organisations outside the Consortium, unless on specific occasions where you grant the Consortium permission to do so.
