very very strange this use subroutine failure ...

can you make sure their are no local executables in your project directory and that you check that it re-compile your user subroutine rather than taking the existing executable ...

this is my only idea.

Hope this helps,
Sébastien.

So, if this error doesn't come from Telemac, it comes from your system.

- Why did you get this error since you managed to run properly Telemac on your cluster ?
- What about the gnu module you're loading in your script ?
- Is there any libxml2.so in /usr/lib/ ? ("ls -l /usr/lib/libxml*")

I can only suggest to ask your system admin.

Regards,

Fabien

Dear Fabien and Sebastien,

Thanks a ton for all your patience and help. The problem indeed lies with the way the submission script has been configured.

I am having python script inside the shell script. As of now we have come up with kind of round about way for submitting the simulation in a successful manner.

Nevertheless, I wanted to thank you, when things don't work it can be very frustrating and educational at the same time.

Have a good day.

Regards,
Sumit
