I have made some changes to your files.

Look at the steering file, files names and their extensions. It works with these changes.

However, the hotstart does not look fine for me; if I were you, I would verify the courant number of your model (I saw values greater than 2 at the beginning)!

Furthermore, it is ill-posed. There are several problems you have to take care of!

Yeah I was worried about my hydraulic conditions, but could not figure out the issues there.
