I have supposed than the water coming from the river is insignificant compared to the flow of the tide. So I don't simulate it.
The other model is a maritime model, with very larger geographical influence.

My mistake!
I don't understood that your model cover the estuary part.
The discharge of river is probably insignificant that's right.

What is the limit of the maritime model?
Does it match with this limit?

The limit of the maritime model is the shoreline. I have extracted the water level on the last points which are flooded. I have then built the boundary of the submersion model with this points.

I have tried to use Thompson conditions for the liquid boundary but I didn't work. The simulation ran a long time, the time step was reducing to 10e-10 second so I stopped it.
It tried to adjust the bathymetry of the estuary to the boundary conditions but it didn't work yet.
I finally succeed to have a simulation without free surface perturbation reducing the maximum current number from 1 to 0.5.
I know what maximum current number means but I really don't know why it delete the free surface perturbations???
