Hello Sumaiya,

I am not sure Sara will be able to answer you (and other people) for a long period of time.
I am not a SISYPHE nor a GAIA specialist, but what about reading the GAIA user manual, in particular the appendix "Keyword equivalence between GAIA and SISYPHE"?

Anyway, as written in a few other topics, SISYPHE has been removed from the TELEMAC-MASCARET system and you are now strongly encouraged now to use GAIA as no assistance from developers will be given concerning SISYPHE.

Hope this helps,

Chi-Tuan

Hi Chi-Tuan,
Thanks for your reply.
I am trying in gaia now and having issues understanding the variables for result output, manual doesn't contain the explanation. Though I used particular variables in gaia cas, I got different variables in gaia result.

I am trying to simulate both suspended and bedload in Gaia. I put variables for graphic printout in gaia cas= U,V,S,H,B,Q,M,E,QSBL,TOB,KS,kAi,kRi.
And I got these variables in the result. I didn't understand what are bedload and sediment load results here. Also, what are these layer1,2,3...?? I didn't find an explanation of these in the manual.

Hello Sumaiya,

the results for suspended load (concentrations) are printed in the telemac-results file. Layers 1 and 2 means the vertical layers of the bottom. In case of multi-grain you can have also a vertical layering of the bottom.
Best regards,
Rebekka

Hi Rebekka,

What are the Layer1 Tocemu and Layer1 Parthe? I understood the conc. variables which means layer concentration but tocemu and parthe I am not sure. Also, about suspended load result, I cannot see the printout in telemac2D result, I attached the telemac result, you can see the variable name. I also attached my gaia.CAS as you can see that I used suspended and bedload both in cas and different grain size. Also, I defined the result outputs in cas too, but that didn't reflect on the gaia result. I need to see the suspended load result.
Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Sumaiya
