open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

After compilation of v8p3r0 on windows10, i have problems to run a simulation. See below :

telemac2d.py: error: the following arguments are required: cas file(s)

i have read the post 37544, the same problem i've met, but i couldn't solve this problem according to the proposal in this post, although i have tried many times.
would anyone please to help me solve this problem?

Hi... I recently uninstalled my older version and trying to reinstall with v8p4. But i am repetedly getting the following error. How to resolve this?
