I was using --clean to my compilation command since you showed me your compilation comand. I added both "C:\msys64\mingw64\bin" and "C:\msys64" to my PATH environment variable (the links are the same on my computer) but I still have the same error.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hi Thomas，

I am installing the latest TELEMAC version with cygwin. When compiling TELEMAC I get the exactly same error as yours(www.opentelemac.org/index.php/community-...n?limitstart=0#39883). Have you solved it?

Hi Hongyu,

Unfortunately I didn't managed to solve my issue. Thus, I am using Telemac v8p1 which installation was much easier in my case. Of course if you find a solution to our issue I would be glad that you share it, so I would be able to upgrade my Telemac aswell.
