open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

When I finished istalling, and then opened the Prompt in the Desktop to try telemac2d.py command, but it just opened the telemac2d.py file...
I don't know what's going wrong, for I install telemac on another computer using the same steps,but it just run perfect.
Could anyone help me, any help will be very appreciate！

It seems that your .py files are associated with Notepad. To remove this association, you need to open the Windows registry, and go to the following key:
There, you should find a key named "UserChoice", which you need to delete.
