I setup gfortran, not G95 (because I cannot run compileTELEMAC.py, for what reasons, I don't knows).

I am getting the same problem. Can I know how you have solved this problem?. How have you linked Perl instead of Python?

Somehow, I have managed to work it correctly. It seems that the problem arises from the python 25 and 27. both were installed earlier and they were conflicting while running the program. So, what I did is that removed all the python versions from the system.then reinstalled the Telemac and defined the paths in environmental variables.
