Hello

Yes openTELEMAC-MASCARET v6p3 can be installed on Windows 7 32-bit. The automatic installer is only available for 64-bit systems, so you will need to do the installation manually.

The installation procedure is explained in this article (link on the front page)

PS: Alternatively, the automatic installer for v6p2 was still compatible with 32-bit systems. This is still available in the download archive section.
