Bug fixes:
1. Cannot import a surfer grid file
2. Cannot import a binary raster file
3. Cannot import a DEM file
4. Cannot import a SRTM 1 or 3 files
5. Cannot import a grib file containing a negative delta Y
   - Incorrect reference time and valid time in imported grib file's metadata
6. When importing a shape file:
   - The .prj file identifies the coordinate system as GEOGRAPHIC (LatLong) and WGS84 but BK doesn't recognize this
   - Once loaded, the colour scale for the Z attribute is not initialized properly
7. Two faults w.r.t. the mesher
   - A spurious message pops up when removing a new mesh
   - Running the mesher a second time does not properly respect the "Overwrite Mesh" check box
8. The internal modified flag wasn't quite working correctly because it wasn't taking into account an internal change when modifying meta data values
9. An object's display style should also be copied when internally copying objects
10. New mesh name violates convention that only attribute names are inside parenthesis
11. Rect2D Cell is not loading correctly from an ASCII file
12. Watflood Output File is not loading correctly
13. Cannot import a 2dm file
