the following code is a little bit out of date but with some small changes it should work

IKLE is the "mesh" it is an array that includes all elements
[[element1_node1,element1_node2,element1_node3],[..,..,..],..]

you can use matplotlib to interpolate the nodeal data

I am trying to use your code. Please what do you mean by "gridx, gridy"? I can see I am suppose to assign my values to it but it is not clear how to determine the regular grid size.

Has anyone already converted .slf3D result file to NETCDF Unstructured format? I have seen some topics here related to 2D structured format, but nothing about 3D conversion...
Do you know if it's possible? Which would be the most straight way to do that?

I am trying to do that to use my Telemac results as input of a particle tracking model which accepts only netcdf...

Are you working to convert for structured or unstructured ncdf CF1.8 conventions? I wrote one based on TelemacFile method, but it interpolate from unstructured on structured grid...do you have it compiled? Let me know so I can share my script.
