open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear José,

I could compile both scalar and parallel with the help of thread #31492, which should be the same config files (I will check in detail tomorrow). I did some adjustments to the one I used.

Now I wanted to try the installation with an example, but always get an error that the simulation need the user credentials. I already tried to run it as root, but I get the same error. Do I maybe need to change something on my firewall?

My scalar compilation works fine without any problems. I attach the config file.

Regarding my parallel version I still get the strange message that the simulation needs my user credentials. There are some differences to the config file you have sent, I will try a clean compilation (compileTELEMAC.py --clean) with your config file and see if it works.

Did you register your account with mpiregister?

Now I did not, but now I know that I forgot something.

After registration of the MPI the installation works fine.
I will attach the config files I used. Hope somebody can use them in future.

Hello, I'm installing TELEMAC-MASCARET (Telemac v7p2) on Windows 10 following the manual instalation and when I try to compile compileTELEMAC.py I get the error I atach.

From the screenshot I am not really able to see the problem, but it looks that something is wrong with your compiler. Which compiler version do you use?

I would recommend you to use the newest version and compile this one. You can find the newest version here.

To avoid compiling (I'm not used in it) now I'm trying with the automatic installer (file: opentelemacmascaret-5.2-windows-installer.exe) but I´ve got an error during the installation (see attached file: Install_Errors.jpg).

However I tried to check the installation by means of the test case "bumbflu" but the simulation crashed (see attached file: Bumpflu_Error.jpg).

I also attach the config file (systel_v7p3.cfg)

I'd be very grateful if you could help me with this!

Hi,

there is no avoid compiling I believe.
Run :> compileTELEMAC.py
and you should be fine, of the dredgesim error occurs you can delete the option from line:
modules: system -dredgesim
in your .cfg file.
