As indicate, the problem comes from the compiler.
Your configuration is made for the intel compiler but the cmd windows you use is probably not configured for it.

For intel, on windows, there is a specific menu to open a command windows.

On the intel cmd windows, there is some configuration scripts.
Use the dedicated command line in the intel menu instead of modifying the path

I'm just starting in Telemac and I have some problems with the installation.

get to install all subprograms and the compilation completes successfully the version v6p3. But in the end I get the following error message (images).

Why didn't you install the latest version available (v7p0)?
Remove all the previous file and try with the latest one, maybe this could solve the problem
