Yes, I do have administrator rights and I also tried right clicking on the install file and opening it with administrator rights, but it comes up with the same error.

I also tried to finish the installation of TELEMAC manually, but I get the message that 'gfortran' was not recognised as an internal or external command.

Continued help would be appreciated.

it looks like the library numpy does not exist... I wonder if python and its libraries were installed properly.

Can you re-run the Automatic installer (version 5.2) please? In the pre-requisites, only install python and its libraries.

In the end, you should have folders called numpy, scipy and matplotlib in there: C:\opentelemac-mascaret\python27\Lib\site-packages

Hello all

I have tried to install Telemac automatic installer. When I installed opentelemacmascaret-5.1-windows-installer.exe. the shortcut was not created and the error attached in the figure was thrown back. In the forum, it was advised to install the latest version. But still am getting the same error

Am using windows 10 64 bit operating system.
Please could anyone help me

As indicate in the previous message from jparisi, the latest version of the automatic installer is 5.2

Version 5.1 has a bug which is now corrected.
If the error still the same with version 5.2 this means you've got another problem.Are you sure the pre-requisites have been well installed before?
If everything is ok with the pre-requisites, you could try to run the command which fail manually to try to see where the problem comes from:
open a cmd windows
update the path
run the python script

I am trying to install Telemac 2d in windows xp. although i have good net connection it shows that i need access to net connection. Can someone help me in this . The error is attached in the figure for your reference

Hi did you install the pre requisites?
Have you a proxy to access internet?
If so, you have to adjust the settings of svn to indicate the network access and allow telemac to install all sources properly

I have installed TELEMAC 2D. The shortcut was not created automatically. It was advised in the forum that shortcut can be created manually. I just created it when run the compileTELEMAC.py in cmd the error is coming.
