It seems now that you don't have any sediment in your domain during the whole simulation. Are you sure you're prescribing concentration in the right way? (imposed tracer code LITBOR=5 in your conlim file).
Can you provide your conlim and geometry files also please?
(Also, you're time step seems to be too high for your flow computation)

Yes, I confirm.
In attachment, I slightly modified your steering and conlim files. I removed useless keywords and add others that you should use for sediment computation.
You can try with free tracer values on the outflow boundary, and wait for your flow reaches the outflow boundary to see what happens (end of the spin-up period). It should be good like this, but otherwise you can try to also prescribe it.
Anyway, it should not have too much influence on your calculation as it's on the outflow boundary.
