Hi everyone,

I’m working with TELEMAC in 3D and trying to set up my initial conditions using Mercator MyOcean data. I have a t4s mesh created from one timestep run, and I need to interpolate temperature, salinity, and velocity fields from the .nc file downloaded from the Mercator layers onto my mesh, instead of running the model for huge amount of time as a Hotstart.

I was wondering if anyone here can help me with this task, specially that I've read that there are some Matlab scripts that can do this, I will mention the paper down below.

Any help will be great,

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Perhaps you can try to contact paper author to get her scripts? As her e-mail address is written.

Anyway, you can try to have a look at converter.py script's help (converter.py -h), perhaps converter.py ecmwf2srf -h?
You can also try to use the search engine of this forum to see if other users have same issues. I am not familiar to netcdf data manipulation.

Hope this helps,
