Dear all,
I am a new user of ARTEMIS and I am finding it difficult to assess TETAP correctly. I've read the user manual and forum, had a look at and ran the examples.. but it is still not completely clear to me how to determine TETAP, in particular for the liquid boundary condition.
The manual says:
- solid boundary conditions: TETAP= angle of incident wave attack in relation to the outward normal, expressed in degrees in the clockwise direction (then why is it =0 for wall 1 in the example port - case test 004 for artemis v6p2 ?)
- liquid boundary conditions: TETAP= non oriented angle between the forecast output direction of the wave and the boundary normal
I'm sorry to ask a silly question, but I've been wasting too much time thinking on it...
probably it's easier than I think...
Thank you,
Giulia
