With the alpha version 3.12.11, the problem is solved, now the mesh looks equal like that generated in QGIS in format .2dm.

FYI - The most recent version is 3.12.15 - alpha, available for download from CHyMS

In the next few days the most recent version will change to 3.12.16 - alpha, also downloadable from CHyMS
