As you are new, please read the rules of this forum, in particular write your post in the relevant section. In Blue Kenue section, you may have more chance to get answers rather than in the TELEMAC-2D one.

just to help someone with the same problem, I have figured out that it doesn't work in some regions so I have used a VPN to download it.

If it is not working from some regions then please share which regions have a problem connecting. I need to know this in order to find out why and then figure out how to get it fixed.

It would be best if you (perhaps privately) send me answers to all of the following:

1. your IP address... i.e. the IP address from which you are trying to connect
2. the url that you are trying to connect to
3. the date, time and time zone that you tried to connect... (the more examples of failing connections the better)
4. Is this connection issue temporary or permanent? Can you sometimes connect and sometimes not connect?
