Thanks for your explanation but when I compiled the trunk version and try to run a AED2 example, an error says the AED2 library is not compiled. Could you show me how to finish the AED2 library compilation? Thanks in advance.

you can find a user manaual for Telemac-2D and for Waqtel in the documentation folder.
Otherwise you can statrt with examples files (examples/waqtel)

All water quality processes are working well since V7P1. In the user manual of Telemac-2D you can find section called 'water quality' that describes how it works. Since V7p3, you can find the documentation for waqtel (user and validation manuals) in the folder Documentation/waqtel. To obtain the pdf version you have to run the python script :
docTELEMAC.py -m Waqtel --user

Please write docTELEMAC.py --help for all available options.
