open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

This is a cut-down version of a thesis by Jean Ostrovsky at the university of Dresden, in German language. It provides a detailed description of the TELEMAC system (modules interaction, mathematics, pre- and post-processing...). Appendices also contains useful information. Written for v6.0, but still mostly valid for v6.1.
