Dear [name removed],
I am working with a SELAFIN file containing meteorological variables (WINDX, WINDY, PATM) stored at all mesh nodes, every 10 minutes, from the beginning to the end of the simulation (FULL COUPLING TELEMAC2D–TOMAWAC).
The time step for both models is dt = 10 s.
I know that TELEMAC-2D performs temporal interpolation of the meteorological variables between the timestamps in the meteo binary file.
My question is: Does TOMAWAC perform the same temporal interpolation automatically, or should I implement or modify a subroutine to handle this in TOMAWAC?
Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Hi
In full coupling, the wind is given by telemac2d to tomawac to ensure consistency so no need to add something to tomawac…

Thank you very much Mr. [name removed] for your quick and clear reply.
If I may ask one more question:
When spectral data are imposed at the open boundary nodes using a SELAFIN file, the variable RESULT is stored as a matrix of size N rows  *  nNodes columns, with N = nF * nD
where nF is the number of frequencies and nD is the number of directions.
For each boundary node (i.e., each column), could you please confirm the ordering of the spectral values?
Is the storage:
Option A (direction varies fastest):
f1:DIR1,  DIR2,  …,  DIRnD;    f2:DIR1,  DIR2,  …,  DIRnD;  and so on
or:
Option B (frequency varies fastest):
DIR1:f1,  f2,  …,  fnF;    DIR2:f1,  f2,  …,  fnF;  and so on
This detail is key to correctly reconstruct the spectrum S(f,DIR).
Thank you in advance for your clarification.
