hi,

is it possible to couple t3d with the Eutro module and also consider salinity and temperature effects on density?

i’ve tried to add salinity and temperature to the simpled eutro exampled case, and failed.

The answer should be yes.

Have you tried to reduce the time step? 3600 s = 1 h is quite big.

Also, I found out that the temperature and salinity need to be specified before the other eight solutes that are used in waqtel’s computations, which is not mentioned in the user manual.

A bug for WAQTEL was recently pointed and fixed when using temperature and/or salinity and a WAQTEL module such as EUTRO, O2 or BIOMASS, see:
