Yen_case: how to generate ini_yen-exp.slf ?

Hi [name removed],

Could you share, or briefly describe, the boundary conditions and parameters used to generate ini_yen-exp.slf? In particular:

which Q and H values were prescribed on the two boundaries? was a hydrograph (qsl) used, or just constant values? how long was the simulation run to reach steady state?

When I tried it myself the resulting depth is ~0.063 m on the upstream reach instead of the expected ~0.0544 m, so I am clearly missing something.

Thanks a lot!

Hello, the description of the example can be found in the Gaia validation document. It is not a steady-state scenario; the hydrograph rose and fell linearly over a period of 5 hours. The measurements for the laboratory experiment were taken after 5 hours. For the daily validation procedure, the simulation duration was reduced to 2 hours.
