I read document and see:
use "telemac2d -h | -H" for short or long help.
But I only "-h" work, "-H" doesn't work.
I don't khnow why?

The document you read is for a use of TELEMAC with the Perl environment (launch with "telemac2d"). Under the python environment (launch with "telemac2d.py") you either have the option -h or --help, which are essentially the same.
