Sorry to interrupt you, but could you give me advice please?
I have problems on Ubuntu as well, but Ubuntu ver.20.04. Am sure using Python3.

Downloaded v8p1r1, necessary compilers (GNU make and CMake 2.8) and libraries are installed, the bashrc file is also modified (Confirmed path with pwd command).

When execute the command below (the final step);
$ python3 compile_telemac.py

Seems good at the beginning, started Compiling from the tree top api plus dependents, but got an error then;
Error: Symbol ‘my_flush’ referenced at (1) not found in module ‘m_interfaces_nestor’
/home/akane/folderforTelemac/v8p1r1/sources/nestor/inside_point_2d_d.f:75:2:

As my understanding, all files in the v8p1r1 folder sholdn't be edited, right? Can you advise me to solve this issue, please?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello,

Could you post your Cfg file? There are a lot of keypoints to take care for (MPI solution, optional compilations like MED, MUMPS...)

In the meantime you could try compiling with system -nestor options just to see what happens.

Hello,

We also installed Telemac v8p1r1 in Ubuntu 20.04, and we didn't encounter this issue.

Have you resolved this problem?
