open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

We are trying to compile Telemac on a cluster from a while without success. Could you give as any suggestion to solve the following error :

V8p5r0 was released on 5th of december. You should try with it as it fixes most of API issues.

For previous version, you need to use numpy <= 1.21 (so python <= 3.10).
