You seem to use Perl scripts to run TELEMAC, do not you? I have to remind you that Python is now advised to install TELEMAC.
Do you have experience of installing TELEMAC by your own?
Have you read the following topic:

In particular, have you read the installation procedure with perl and/or the pdf installation manual for the version 6.0?
How did you get the sources, via SVN? What about the systel.ini file, derived from systel-all.ini in v6p2r1/config? Did you compile with makeall90 or step by step?
The first thing strange when I read the part of output listing you sent is the message "cannot run out14376_gfortran_linux.exe: No such file or directory". The 2nd one is of course your last line "## Error : System command failed for delete_propa-stat.cas14376".
For the 1st message, are you sure your compilation was really OK (with tomawac_v6p2.exe created in both sources directory and gfortran directory if you defined that as HOSTTYPE in systel.ini file + libraries in gfortran directory also)? Otherwise, is your PATH correctly filled in? In particular, the current directory can help you (export PATH=$PATH:.)
For the 2nd message, what about the temporary directory. Does it exist, what is inside? Do you have delete_propa-stat.cas*** and signal_propa-stat.cas*** in the directory where you launched your computation?
Otherwise, can you send the whole output listing, maybe there are more error messages that you have not read?
Anyway, can you try to run the validation cases available via SVN also, just to check they work or not. If not, your installation of TOMAWAC is suspicious. If they are OK, your case is suspicious.
Which version did you use to run your personal simple test case before?
Moreover, if your problem is with TOMAWAC, you should have written it in the title, just to attrack the correct moderator...
