open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I am working on a slope channel 0.0025 (subcritical condition) Normal height 0.054 and critical height 0.04.

I place in downstream conditions a height of 0.154 m (Bottom 0.1) and upstream a flow rate of 0.030 m3 / s.

The program does not run, I do not understand what the problem is.
Error 1: Exceeding maximum iterations.

In the end, it delivers a very bad result and not with the conditions of edges placed.

As quick as I opened your cas file I found the following :

TIME STEP =1
NUMBER OF TIME STEPS =20
LISTING PRINTOUT PERIOD =100
GRAPHIC PRINTOUT PERIOD =1000

the 2 firs keywords mean that the duration of your simulation is 20 sec, right?
why you ask TELEMAC for a linsting each 100 sec and a graphical printing each 1000 sec?

It could be good for you to start with an example to well understand how the code works...
In your case, you generate a shock at the first time step as you give an initial water depth of 5 cm and you impose a downstream water level of 15.4 cm!
It's strongly advised to start your simulation with smooth conditions.

Tienes que tratar que haya congruencia entre las condiciones de borde y las condiciones iniciales, además, como antes ya te han comentado, si tienes un time step =1 y number of time steps =20, lo más lógico es que tu graphic printout and your listing sean menores que el número de time steps, podría ser para este caso 10 por ejemplo. Te agrego además que 20seg parece ser muy poco tiempo para poder apreciar bien lo que ocurre.
