Hi c.coulet,

Here you can see the listing from the compiling of partel with -m "clean partel"
Effectively, it seems that no action are performed for the file there is the warning at a lot of steps. So i think the problem is coming from the library mpi ?

I don't think so as partel doesn't need mpi (except maybe for partel_para)
For me it's related to the link with metis...
Did you recompile it on your cluster?
Could you check if the link step is OK?

Yes i compiled it on the cluster (not with one core of the cluster but in the cluster itself) with the command line :

python compileTELEMAC.py -f ~/v7p1r1/configs/systel.cfg -c thor.intel -r ~/v7p1r1 -m "clean partel"

But what do u mean by the link step ?

The telemac compilation is made in two step, the compilation and the link.
Maybe by slightly modifying the python script, you could see the full command line of each step as it seems this is hidden in your listing...

Ok now it's working on cluster, partitioning step and parallelisation are OK ! I had to download new version v7p2r1 but i didn't know why it wasn't working on version v7p1r1
