Dear all,

I want to use combination of 12;11 (quasi-bubble velocity and linear depth) for discretization in space in T2D which is recommended in case free surface wiggles but I receive the following error:

DISTRIBUTIVE SCHEMES NOT IMPLEMENTED FOR
QUASI-BULLE AND QUADRATIC ELEMENTS

I wonder if you are familiar with the above error.

Hello

The message is clear, if you use distributive schemes, quasi-buble discretization is not implemented. To stailize the model you have to use other solutions:
1- compatibility of free surface gradient (see the keyword)
2- increase the numerical diffusion
3- refine the mesh and improve the bathymetry interpolation
...
if you want to use quasi-bubble discretization, you should change the advection scheme (avoid scheme 13-14 and 15).

mainly decrease !
default value is 1. that you can decrease to any value between 0 and 1. The smaller is the value, the less compatible is the gradient.
