I stumbled upon the same problem.
It seems to be convertToATM.py which produces an unexpected fieldname; see: http://www.opentelemac.org/index.php/community-old/forum4/16-telemac-2d/12010-read-meteo-from-binary-file-wrong-name-in-the-converttoatm-py#32806.

Adjusting the python-code worked fine for me.

You probably wouldn't even notice this bug if in the cas-file AIR PRESSURE = NO (default setting).

greeshmaranjith1	I could rectify such errors and simulation works smoothly. But after that when i check the results both water elevation with and without wind influence during a cyclone period looks same. I do not understand where i am making mistake. Can somebody help me?

When I use WIND = YES OPTION FOR WIND = 3 AIR PRESSURE = YES in combination with an BINARY ATMOSPHERIC DATA FILE retrieved with convertECMWF.py and the altered convertToATM.py, there seems no need for user Fortran routines (a changed the meteo.f) to get plausible results...
